ASSEMBLY OF PCBs /incl. SMT/ AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES
1. The company has FRITSCH and DIMA equipment for SMD assembly and light-beam semi-automatic stations for conventional /T.H./assy. The capacity is
4000-5000 SMD-components per hour.
2. Screen printing equipment EKRA-mat.
3. CENTROTHERM line for reflow soldering and adhesive curing.
4. GRASMANN WLS line for “double wave” soldering.
5. EBSOMAT and STRECKFUS equipment for preparing of conventional components for assembly: cutting, bending, counting, loading etc.
6. Equipment for visual inspection /Projectina, Carl Zeiss/ and repair disoldering & soldering - Leister, Schott, Robotron, Weller, Detec, PACE.
7. Functional test equipment.
COMPANY ACTIVITIES
1. PCBs and electronic devices assembly and test with customer’s components and specification - CEManufacturing.
2. Screen printing of panels, boxes, stickers, etc. stencils.
3. Technological projects for PCB assembly /including SMT/, procurement of equipment and consumables, training and project implementation.
HOW WE ARE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS
1. Quoting in 24 h. on the base of customer’s sample device or production documents /lay-out, list of components, test-specification etc., weight/,
quantity/ pcs/ to be assembled.
2. The customer delivers the components on his own cost. We are doing the clearing through the customs on temporary import-back export.
3. The back shipping of the ready devices is at the expense of PRIMA-TECH-PRO, including the through - customs procedure.
